Tom Lentocha brings over 22 years in the insurance industry to Vision Financial, with a strong background in Customer Services and policy administration. Tom is responsible for overseeing the group's New Business, Customer Service, Premium Accounting and Marketing Support areas. In Tom's previous position as 2nd Vice President, Customer Services with MassMutual Life Insurance Company, he oversaw the efforts of 160 associates and implemented various service programs, which improved the level of service provided to policyholders and agents.

Terri L. Frigon, FLMI, ACS
Manager of Financial Accounting

Terri Frigon has over 23 years of experience with Maine Fidelity Life Insurance company and Vision Financial. She began her career with Maine Fidelity in its premium accounting department. In 1984 she joined Maine Fidelity's financial area and worked as a staff accountant until 1989 when she assumed the position of manager of Vision's financial area. Terri also serves as a project leader for major company projects and as such, works closely with various operational areas of the company.
