During 2007 and 2008, Vision invested in a completely new integrated application system that enables it to provide voluntary administrative services much more efficiently. In addition, the new system has strategically positioned Vision to expand its services beyond Voluntary Benefits as a Business Process Outsourcing solution (BPO) for closed blocks of business and as an Application Service Provider (ASP).
