Conversion Process – Vision utilizes its conversion team to scope the project and set up the appropriate conversion strategy.
Policy Holder Services – Vision represents the carrier by providing service per the carrier’s specifications and standards.
Billing – Vision provides all standard billing functionality including ACH and credit card options.
Commissions – The commission system calculates and pays commissions twice per month at the group level.
Claims – Vision interfaces with either the carrier or the carrier’s TPA representative for claims administration.
