The success of worksite marketing requires exacting attention to detail, knowledgeable and responsive customer service, and the ability to minimize the amount of work required of the employer’s payroll department.

By offering multiple carrier and multiple product billing, we provide a way to bundle multiple carriers’ products, while producing one bill for the employer, and using only one payroll deduction.

Market Support – Vision’s Market Support department works with the producer and the employer on new case billing set-up. Vision establishes initial contact with the employer to set up deduction and billing dates and modes, and provides deduction and billing timelines to the carrier and producer.

Deduction Management & Premium Billing – Vision matches the employer’s payroll frequency and accepts either paper or electronic payment files from employer customers. The Premium Accounting department provides initial and ongoing employer payroll deduction notification, performs list bill reconciliation, allocation of funds, and follows up on overdue employer list bills.

Customer Service – Vision provides service to employers and policy holders regarding billing and deductions.
