projects?
Yes. Vision Financial uses established project planning
methodology which includes development of project documentation,
establishing user requirements and detail design, construction and
testing with the ultimate goal of customer sign-off and delivery at
project completion.
How will communication flow between the carrier and
Vision Financial during the course of the project?
Initially, a face to face meeting is best to ensure that
there is agreement and understanding between all parties about the
scope of the project and the expected deliverables. As the project
progresses additional face to face meetings may be possible depending
on time and distance. If distance is prohibitive, Vision Financial and
the carrier will establish a regular communication via conference call
to track the progress of the project.
How does Vision Financial work with a carrier to
design a product?
Vision Financial's Consulting staff will assist the
carriers' actuaries and marketing product development staff with
development of pricing assumptions and analysis of competitive product
information.
